ISRI - through its combined network of national and chapter resources - tracked and reported on more than 500 state bills and regulations across the nation
EPA Clarifies Recycling of Vehicles with Airbags

ISRI advocated for the EPA to issue a clarifying memo with much-needed guidance for recyclers that routinely recycle vehicles containing airbags. These efforts proved successful when the EPA recently issued such a memo dated July 19.

From the moment rumors began circulating in May that China was considering banning certain scrap imports and severely restricting others, ISRI worked aggressively to activate the U.S. Government and other entities around the world
